RULES AND REGULATIONS:
Nominations must be of videos from between September 1, 2011 to September 1, 2012. Nominations for Best Male Internet Personality, Best Female Internet Personality, Best Series, Best Original Series, and The GCA Achievement Award can be of people/series that started before said date but must have done something in the past year to warrant winning an award.
Self-nomination is allowed as long as a second list of other candidates are given.
THE CATEGORIES
Best Podcast – Any and all audio or video inclusive podcasts are illegible.Best Writing – Those who show talented writing to eloquently relay information or tell a story.
Best Visual Appeal – Impressive use of special effects, practical effects, or cinematography within a single video.
Best Comedic Performance – A humorous performance by an individual whether in a whole video or single scene.
Best Breakthrough Internet Personality – One talented someone who started making videos after September 1, 2011.
Best Male Internet Personality – Any male personality who has left a lasting impression this past year.
Best Female Internet Personality – Any female personality who has left a lasting impression this past year.
Most Informative Series – For those whose videos make you think more than laugh that left a lasting impression this past year.
Best Series – Any series that has left a lasting impression this past year.
Best Original Series – Any series of original content, meaning completely creator with no music or clips not owned by the creator (Public domain clips/music allowed), that has left a lasting impression this past year.
Best Video – Any video that has left a lasting impression this past year.
Best Original Video – Any video of original content, meaning completely creator with no music or clips not owned by the creator (Public domain clips/music allowed), that has left a lasting impression this past year.
The GCA Achievement Award – Someone who has contributed to the medium from this year or before, a short paragraph must be submitted explaining why that person should win the award.
